When "X" claims two problems on "Y" that he/she is not communicating properly & updating rightly.

Basically 2 problem statements are getting multiplies with various thoughts of Y and arriving a conclusion in an assumption that the problem statements are true.

What if Y is not allowed to talk because X is lagging in "Listening Skill" and not willing to understand :)

Means 2 problem statements with no mistake of "Y". So Y being a correct sender really do not to worry much for a wrong decryption at receiver side. :)

Highlights:

Communication is a combined process of expressing and listening among the group or between an Individuals. Many of us think its just about expression, a strict no, because moment other sides are not willing to listen that means the process is already broken. In such case, don't arrive a conclusion that the person who is expressing is wrong.

Be an active listener to bridge this gap of such communication.
