BOTS vs Human

Simple Use case

BOTS - I sent an email & awaiting response. So my work is over.

Human - I sent an email, need to follow up and if needed I will have a call and close within the target time.

For sure, innovation and Intelligence tool which can ease things by executing in much faster way with a set algorithm.

But in the mean time , we should not forget the fact that we Human are the enablers for all those innovations and we can perform lot such dynamic algorithms not as fast as BOTS but in much more contextual way that fulfil the need.

BOTS can mimic Human action not necessarily we Human should Mimic BOTS action. :)
