Critical Factors that drives our Success.. 100 % Experienced thoughts..

Hope by seeing the poster you could have guessed what am I going to post it here, Yes, as my title says critical factors for success. I am sure many of us have came across with this terminology called "Driving Factors of Success" from books, various managerial talks, movies etc., All I am posting here how I saw my critical success factors how today Success can be driven purely from my experience which also I felt how this can be distinguished with examples in a different perspective,

3 Key things that will drive an individual success,

1. Passion - How passionate the individual to do his work , even this is applicable to the fresher. Today most of the leaders started their career as fresher, the one key thing differentiated and driven them is "Passion" which in turn brought them "Creativity" " Leadership" etc .,

2. Team - Yes we need a proper team not only as a direct reports, as a colleague , as an Internal/External Customers etc., Because we can only see super heroes in screen who can win many wars by their own, even those super heroes many of the times needs a proper team. Yes even with Martial status "Single" or " Committed" we can achieve in our career but being "Single" in terms of team work we may win leagues but we will lose the Trophy.

3. Inspiration - There is a thin difference between Inspiration and Motivation as you all aware, Inspiration is started inside us. Motivation is someone to plant inside us. Sometimes our own motivation to others will turn to be an inspiration. For eg., Lead with an example what we say to the team, as we always says motivational talk to team, if we start be an example , we end up in inspiring our own motivation to others.

Still other factors are there , I feel these 3 factors will take us to next height and this comes from my true experience as this post title says.
